Overall, our research interests are:
identify dependency of pancreatic cancer cells and delineate the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved
(or identify intracellular signals that support the aberrant growth of pancreatic cancer cells in order to propose novel therapeutic avenues for pancreatic cancer)

1) Define the role and the regulation of the transcription factor EB (TFEB), recognized as a master regulator of autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis, in the context of pancreatic epithelial cells
2) Define the contribution of the DNA-PK complex in the regulation of autophagy
